Our cosy lockwood style cottage is located on the fringe of Tauranga City, with easy access to all the special attractions the area has to offer with an rural setting nestled in an avocado orchard.
Drive in and instantly feel relaxed as you bask in all day sun, hear the local birdlife unwind amongst the tranquil setting with views over the Kaimai range and awesome sunsets.
We offer our 2 bedroom cottage for that quiet and relaxing weekend getaway, morning sun in the bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second a set of bunks.
Maybe you would like to stay for a week? We can offer a washing machine by arrangement for the longer stays.
It maybe small at 60m2 but you will feel right at home when you walk in the door.
There is a fridge/frezzer, dishwasher, oven and hobs and plenty of kitchen appliances in a well equipped kitchen for self catering.
Linen can be provided and is our good quality/condition household linen. Please bring own beach towels if heading to our local beaches.
Sit out on the decking and star gaze the night away.

We do live on the property, on the other side of the orchard, so we are nearby if you have any questions.
The avocado orchard is a no entry for guests as it is part of a working farm and on occasions there may be orchard machinery working, so please do not walk in or around the avocado trees.
We have 2 golden retriever dogs and 2 Ragdoll cats they may come to say hello!
No gatherings or parties.
No smoking.
Pets may be considered by pre arrangement.
