You will defiantly enjoy spending time in our modern, stylish, high spec and sunny home in the nice and peaceful area of Blenheim. Only 5 min drive from Blenheim CBD , pretty close to the supermarkets , other shop and restaurants. If you like to walking, running or mountain-biking then farm hill track is very close. There is a small walk at the creek attached to the backside of the house too."

"The property sleeps up to 9 people over four bedrooms.
The master bedroom with king bed and luxury bathroom. Bedroom open to the deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a semi ensuite.
The third bedroom has a a single bed and a bunk bed .
The fourth bedroom has a queen bed.
There is a seperate office, perfect for doing some work.
Enjoy the two high ceiling and sunny separate lounge with 65" and 55" tv. Ideal for family and kids.
