3 Bedroom House in El Tosalet, Javea
This pretty villa is located in Javea (halfway between Valencia and Alicante) in the quiet and highly sought after area of Tosalet, it is ideally located, less than 2 km from the sea, close to shops, restaurants and to the sandy Arenal beach which is 5 min by car (the nearest supermarket is 800m).
It is ideal for a family or with friends! We bought and renovated it at the start of 2021 and it offers all the comforts to its guests (wifi, airco, bbq, smart tv, expresso coffee machine, air dryer, 6 sunbeds ..) The swimming pool is very large (11m/5m) and can be heated as an option (useful in April, May, and October).
The villa is located in a peaceful and secure residential area (private patrols); not overlooked. It is perfectly equipped for relaxation: covered outdoor terrace, magnificent swimming pool with outdoor shower, sofa area for drinks or a nap next to the swimming pool. The are two external places where you can eat: there is one table in the shade and another one in the sun.
The villa is on 2 floors. On the first floor there is an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room as well as two bedrooms with large wardrobes (each with 2 beds of 90/200) and a bathroom (shower). The living room opens onto a large covered outdoor terrace with sofas one one side and a dining table on the other side. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (bed of 180/200) and an adjoining bathroom (shower).
The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Javea ('the pearl of the Costa Blanca!) offers the ideal setting for a successful holiday, a pleasant climate all year round, the possibility of doing many sporting activities (golf, water sports, cycling or walking, tennis , paddle, scuba diving, ....).
What we like about Javea is the variety of atmospheres: the old town dates from the 15th century and offers a very local atmosphere, there is a nice port and then the unmissable Arenal, more touristy, with its trendy restaurants & bars, its fine sandy beach and its shops, not to mention the set of coves, each more charming than the next (Javea offers 25 km of coastline). For nature lovers, there are plenty of beautiful walks to be had, along the seafront, in the Montgo or Genadella nature reserves or in the hinterland.
