Getting Around:
Cholla Bay is located approximately 10 minutes away by car from the primary tourist hub of Sandy Beach. Visitors can opt to either drive their own car or take a taxi to access the bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops in the vicinity. A taxi ride all the way down to the port typically costs around $25 for each trip.
Other Things to Note:
The house runs on trucked in water stored in a tank on the roof. You must be mindful of consumption especially with larger groups, or you could run out of water. We will check and refill the water daily during your stay, but if it is Sunday or after hours, or there is a water shortage in town, you may not be able to get a refill until the next day. We provide a large 5 gallon bucket of clean purified water as an emergency back up if this should happen.
