Nikau Estate is a beautiful house in a tranquil setting. This is ideal for a peaceful retreat or special holiday, but is not suitable for celebrations or parties.
The central entrance stairway opens into a huge open plan room incorporating the living, dining & kitchen areas. These look out to sea on all sides, with sliding doors from each opening onto the gorgeous pool deck with further decks at each end. There is a huge lawn, a gas BBQ and the swimming pool is solar heated.
The master bedroom sits in prime site to the northern end of the house, with windows on three sides. It has a wardrobe & an ensuite and opens directly onto the pool on one side and the lawn on the other. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, each with a splittable king bed, an ensuite, sea views and access to a deck.

The property is only five minutes from Oneroa Village, fantastic vineyards including Cable Bay and Mudbrick, and the Fullers ferry to Auckland.
