In efforts to respect our neighbors, we limit the number of cars to (1) left-side parking space for this suite and (2) right-side parking spaces for the adjacent suite, in our lower driveway. We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside. Please avoid slamming the door. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise.
Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, dispose of trash/recycling properly in side gate barrels.
Access: Smart lock entry. No access to garage or main suite. Driveway parking only.
