We just purchased this spacious mountain-view retreat 20 minutes from Sedona as a second home and vacation rental. This immaculate and very private 3000sf Santa Fe style custom home on 1.7 acres is located in charming Cornville, in the heart of northern Arizona wine country with 360 degree mountain views. Relax to the gentle sounds of waterfalls in both front and back and enjoy the gourmet kitchen, two gas fireplaces, large hot tub, board games, foosball, ping pong, cornhole, and other upscale furnishings and amenities. The location is perfect as a home base to explore all that the Verde Valley has to offer. You can walk to the newly relocated Cove Mesa Winery, or take the short drive to other local wineries, Sedona, the night life of Old Town Cottonwood, historic Jerome, as well as hiking, shopping, world class restaurants and red rock vistas.
