Brissac Quincé is the nearest town, Angers is at 25 min and Saumur at one hour. The property extends over 5 hectares, in a quiet but easily accessible to all the charms of the Loire and surrounding villages.
The small house is composed of 2 large rooms to be lived / rooms with door windows overlooking the gardens. The bathroom is shared and is located between the 2 bedrooms.
The little house is yours. The laundry room is opposite to 2 m on the other house.
Deck chairs will be available, as well as wood to be burned in the skillet (which heats the two rooms). But there are also electric heaters.
