One Reserved Parking Spot (located two blocks away) is included.
This home has a spacious open-concept first floor.
The living area features a comfortable sofa and chairs with a large screen TV providing cable tv and access to streaming services.
The dining area has a farmhouse table with chairs for 8 people.
The completely renovated modern kitchen has a gas range, a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
There is a small mudroom for storing coats and shoes.
The second floor has two bedrooms and two full baths, as well as a small office.
- The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in glass and tile shower, a large dresser and a spacious closet.
- The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet with plenty of shelves for storage. This room has a large screen TV with access to streaming services.
- The full hall bath has a tub and shower combo.
- The small office can be a dedicated office space or can comfortably hold a pack n play or twin air mattress as an extra sleeping space.
- The third floor has a cozy bedroom with two twin beds, two dressers and a small closet. This bedroom also has a small nook, perfect for reading or playing games. The nook can fit a twin air mattress.
There is one twin air mattress and one pack n play available for guest use.
In the basement there are 2 full size washers and dryers!
Short term 2 hour parking is available on the street. As a courtesy to our guests, we provide one reserved parking spot in a lot two blocks from the house for longer term parking
NOTE: the steps into the house and up to the third floor are steep.
