Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location wise for our entire trip was good because it was on route to our final location. The owner was pleasant and met us and showed us where to park the motorbikes. The property from outside looked lovely and was split into the owners accommodation and then a couple of mini flats with a bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom. Bathroom was large and helped us dry out our wet weather clothing as weather was poor. We decided to have soup at the accommodation 1 night rather than go out to dinner, due to poor weather and the owner kindly supplied extra bowls for us to prepare soup.

Negative: Communication was limited before and after our stay. I messaged to say key left in locksafe at gate as per booking guide and as discussed, but got no reply. Bed was also extremely hard, I slept on the sofa as I couldn't get on with the bed. My girlfriend slept in the bed, although she found it uncomfortable as well. There was no extra bedding/blankets so I used towels as blankets on the sofa. Out of 10, I would still give it a 7/10. Its a lovely location, the owner was friendly, albeit limited Communication.

Summary: Nice property, remote location, friendly owner 7/10
