The patio has two comfy loungers, a dining table with seating for 4, and a large umbrella for shade so you can sit back and enjoy the fabulous marina view. Whether the sun is setting/rising or the boats are coming in the view will not disappoint.
The kitchen is equipped with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar. There is an additional mini fridge located in the common space and just a few steps outside of the kitchen.
The living area is open to the kitchen and is perfect for watching tv or just lounging around. There is a flat screen television and wireless speaker for your enjoyment as well. In the common space there are two couches and one chair. One of the couches is a queen size sleeper sofa. The living room and kitchen area have their own A/C controls located in the kitchen. There is also a spacious desk/workplace if needed where you can bring your laptop and work remotely.
Bedroom #1 has access through a sliding door to the patio area. There is a king sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and closet. Bedroom #1 has a ceiling fan and its own A/C controls.

Casa Catita is centrally located and is within walking distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions. Shopping is also convenient either at the local Mexican markets or the Puerto Paraiso Mall. Tours, excursions, fishing, and any other activity you'd like to do will be at your fingertips. Walking the marina you will find plenty of vendors offering excursions but I would highly recommend ask to our property manager are more than happy to help with advices, recommendations, and arrangements for pretty much any activity you would like to do.
