There is an oversized two-car garage, a master suite with jetted shower, an upper deck with a hot tub, a pool/trophy room with an eight foot Connelly pool table, and a home fitness center, including a universal machine, a treadmill, and free weights.
Captain's Cottage is ideally located just 66 steps away from the finest beach for miles around. Crescent Beach is meticulously manicured every morning at the crack of dawn. It features a raft, a lifeguard, and 'The Stand', serving breakfast and lunch daily. There is an area for launching small boats, three of which are included on your rental. And it's all an easy walk to downtown Niantic having all the ammenities of a classic New England beach town: clam shacks, ice cream and coffee shops, antiques, gift shops, movie theater, pizza parlors and watering holes.
With a nod to the iconic Caribbean rum shack, Captain's Cottage is uniquely suited for entertaining. There is a large gas grill on the tropically themed front porch that any Parrothead would be proud of, and the dining/game room opens to the front porch thru the wet bar.
