Perfect for lovers of biking, canyoning, horse riding, via ferrata, acro-branches, caving. Near Andorra and from Ax les Thermes; numerous caves, including that of Niaux nearby, and underground rivers to visit as well as pretty villages and, not far away, the Cathar castles. In winter, small family ski resort 10 minutes away (Goulier-snow) And for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Port de Lers and Beilles plateau.

Upstairs: 6 large bright bedrooms (5 with 140 cm bed and 1 with 2 twin beds, all with table, chairs, armchairs, storage and new comfortable bedding, served by a corridor. 2 modern shower rooms with large walk-in showers Italian, sinks, cupboards and WC.
