Located along side the harbour in Whangamatā township, this ground floor one bedroom Apartment is private and relaxed.
The apartment is a self contained and while attached to the main beach house, we offer exclusive use, so any guests who book the Apartment, know the Beach House won't be booked by an unrelated group.
If you book the Beach House, the Apartment won't be booked by an unrelated group.
It consists of a separate double bedroom, bathroom with laundry and a separate toilet. The kitchen and family room are open plan and open onto a sunny deck with views to the harbour.
Quiet and safe neighbourhood for families. Walk to the harbour for a safe swim with little ones
BBQ on the deck, and under the full width
Off street parking for plenty of cars. Flat lawn suits parking a vehicle and boat along side the Apartment.
Easy walk to town or the north end of the beach.
BEDDING ARRANGEMENT
1x Queen bed in the bedroom (two person)
1x Rest+Restore Dream Maker Plush king single trundler bed (top), and
1x Rest+Restore Dream Makers Plush single trundler bed (roll out / lift out bottom). The trundler extends/raises up and both beds form an equivalent queen bed (two person)
1x Fold out couch (two person)
LINEN
All bedding and towels are provided in either the bedroom wardrobe or the bathroom cupboard. There are plenty of blankets and pillows.
Please bring your own beach towels.
WASHING MACHINE
There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
PARKING
Parking is on the driveway and on the lawn to the east (street side) for the Beach House, and for the Apartment, is the full depth to the north of the unit, which can be used for your vehicles or boat parking.
Note: The garage is not included with this booking currently.
ACCESS
The Beach House has a digital lock on the main entry door.
SECURITY CAMERA
To the left of the garage door is a smart security camera door bell to assist guests with any access issues and for security purposes. Within the garage is a security camera to monitor this excluded area.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi Ultra Fast Fibre is provided.
SMART TELEVISION
A 40” Smart television in the Apartment is connected to the internet via the Wi Fi. You’re welcome to log in to your own Netflix and other apps using the television remotes.
WASHING MACHINE
There is a front loader washing machine in the Apartment bathroom and a clothes line to the west. Will&Able laundry powder or liquid is provided in the Apartment bathroom on the ground floor.
BBQ & COOKING
The Apartment has kitchenette including a ZIP frypan, sandwich press, on bench induction cook top and as well as other cooking utensils.
There is no BBQ with the Apartment.
CLEANING
There are plenty of cleaners under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom cupboards, which includes additional linen, towels, blue bags, an iron, clothes baskets, etc. Toilet rolls are located in the vanities of each bathroom. We use Willandable.co.nz cleaners where possible.
There is a central vacuum system with connection by the fridge and in the hallways. Just plug in the hose and the switch is on the handle to turn it on.
Additional cleaning and a turn down service is available on request.
