Positive: There are 3 supermarkets close to the location, also very close to the metro station and very close to notre dame.

Negative: There is an aditional fee of 13€ that you have to pay in order to receive the key. Also the apartament is at the 5th floor of an old building. The stairs are very narrow and rounded. The property was not very clean, there was hair all over the place, and some towels were stained. The door from the building entrance was hard to open due to some problem with the locker. The owner was out of office and replied slowly, but I appreciate the fact that was replying. There is a second sofa in the apartament, which make it more crowded and smaller.
