Summary: Very responsive communication from manager, which is good because check-in instructions were not real clear. Once inside, property was not accessorized like the pics. Minimal furnishings, carpet is a bit dirty, balcony furniture is not usable - badly rusted and one of the chairs was completely broken. Sunset view is great, but that means the afternoon sun really warms the unit and there is no AC to cool it off (opening windows is only way to moderate temp). Washing machine but no dryer, and strong musty smell inside machine. Toilet seat was broken but functional and there's no place to set anything down in the shower/bathroom, like, not even a simple soap dish/shelf. We paid extra for parking in the secure lot in the basement, but twice had to ask someone to move their car out of our assigned space.
