Separate entrance to this bedroom. House has hardwood flooring throughout. Kitchen includes small eat in area, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot and fully stocked kitchen. Master bathroom has shower, vanity and stackable washer/dryer. 1/2 bathroom as well.

Favorite spot in the house is front porch with ample seating areas and table and six chairs for outdoor dining. Area under house with outdoor shower, patio seating , grill and hammock.
