Positive: I LOVED the location! Sure, it may not be located IN Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. but all your typical tourist spots are SO accessible from this place!! I was so so happy with the location, and not to mention, the subway station is pretty much right outside the house. The Family Mart is also really helpful for easy and light breakfast, but for restaurants, there's also a ton of good places in the area. My family and I loved our stay so much. The place fit my family of 8 pretty easily too, although snug. The beds were all comfortable and the house itself was really pretty. There was a washer for use and also a place to hang dry the clothes on the balcony. Communicating with the host was easy, and instructions were clear enough to follow. I can go on and on, but you'll just have to book a stay and see for yourself why we loved it here.

Negative: Just like most places in Japan, the spaces here are really tight and there's not too much room to be able to open your luggage (as I mentioned, there were 8 of us in this house.) The bathrooms are small, some ceilings are short, and overall it's just cramped. The staircases are really steep too.

Summary: Amazing! We loved our stay!
