Apartment for rent in Marbella, close to the beaches of El Cable and La Bajadilla, located in an urbanization with summer swimming pool and gardens. It is a very comfortable accommodation for families or a small group of friends: the quality/price ratio is excellent. The maximum capacity is for four people. The swimming pool is open in July and August.
Recently renovated, the accommodation has two bedrooms, well-equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. It also has free private parking space, air conditioning and WiFi which costs 3€/day.
So if you are looking for cheap apartments in Marbella for your vacations on the Costa del Sol, this apartment is a great choice. (01/07/2026 - 31/08/2026).
Its location is ideal and practical, because you can do without the car: the old town is just a ten-minute walk away, while nearby you have a Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and any service you may need during your vacations on the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.
The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.
The accommodation offers a parking space, located on the -1 floor of the same building. Access is by remote control. The parking space is suitable for cars of category Cars.
