The 90 m2 cozy stone house is set back on the outskirts in a side street. In the house there is a living room, an open kitchen with many electrical appliances and on both sides of it a total of 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition to the one bedroom there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, next to the other two a bathroom with tub and shower facilities and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa, a bookcase with many books, a large TV with satellite TV and DVD player and a stereo. Some games are also there. Wi-Fi throughout the house available. The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a fridge / freezer, the dishes are in a closet. Also there is a dining table for 6 people, directly opposite the large patio door. Outside, the residents can expect a beautiful garden with a pool of 7,5x 3m, equipped with pool alarm, a terrace with barbecue and dining table and all kinds of garden furniture. In a side chamber there is washer and dryer. The garden is a total of about 350m2 and offers plenty of space to relax. In the carport are a total of 4 bikes (26 and 28 inches), which are available.
Overall, our house may not be super-modern, but very comfortably furnished and offers space for quiet rest. A cot can be booked for 2 euros / night.
